Day 1

Application: We will look at each case individually and consider whether we can move forward and what bespoke options we can offer.

Day 2

We will then personally go and meet the applicant to discuss options and to look at the property

Day 3

We will do some due diligence around values and exit strategy- at that stage if we decide to move forward we will issue indicative terms (this can be done same day)

Day 4

If the applicant decides to move ahead they will need to instruct a solicitor and send legal fees to be held to our solicitors order. At this stage we will get them to pay a broker or valuation fee if required

Day 5

We will instruct a report on title if required and money can be with them within 5 working days (sometimes sooner)
